Dalia leads the property evaluation process for Rising Time Investments.
A graduate of Metro State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management,
Dalia applies her knowledge to the run cashflow analysis and management for each property.
Passionate about financial freedom, she is dedicated to ensure the successful
acquisition of properties. Setting up systems to provide secure returns to investors is top priority.
On the personal side, she enjoys fashion, travel and the outdoors.
Charles
Acquisitions Director
Ryan leads the acquisitions team of Rising Time Investments. A Chicago native and graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor in Sales & Business Management. Ryan has been in the real estate industry for many years now. Starting as a house hacker and later learning the incredible win- win potential of creating creative financing deals. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding.

Yamili leads the investor relations and deal sourcing for Rising Time Investments.
A business owner and entrepreneur since a young age, Yamili applies her business
acumen to build sustainable long-term success. Yamili has connections with a
network of vendors, clients and contractors to support management operations.
Also passionate about financial freedom and real estate, she loves connecting with investors and learning about their dreams and goals. Yamili is committed to personal development and business growth. In 2019, she founded a community of women entrepreneurs in Denver, CO to mentor start-up business owners.
When not working, she enjoys reading, dancing, fine dining and engaging with people in person and via social media.
